Introduction

This is a journal to document and motivate me to diet and exercise.

I'm not 2XL or anything. But I might be in a few years at this rate.

I'm 21. Five foot, four inches.

In this journal I will record my eating habits, exercise regimens, and mood swings as I embark on this journey.

I used to be happy with my body... My freshman year of high school, I was 102 pounds. When I graduated, I was 110. I was comfortable. I'm older now, and I know that being that small would be a threat to my health. So I set a realistic goal. I'm 136ish now, and I hope to be 120-125 by the end of this.

No, I'm not going to starve myself.

My problem? I overeat and don't really move around during the day.

I got a few workout and calorie counter apps from the Android Market, and hopefully they'll help.

I'm also going to invest in (no, not diet pills) Vitamin B12. It helps boost metabolism.

My ending date goal? Give me a month, I suppose. On this day in July, I'm going to be thinner and happier. :)
