Blog Rename, New Goals!

So let's start this "new" year off. It's February 4th, but I want to try to stick with it this time.

My friend has a Wii, and is borrowing Wii Fit, and a balance board from his mom. I'm going to purchase Wii Fit Plus tomorrow because my dad has it, and it has way more features and "games."

My initial weigh in was, unfortunately 140.5 pounds, 23.98 BMI. It asked what goal did I want to set. It also mentioned that a healthy BMI is around 22, so I say "why not?" That would mean I had to lose 11.5 pounds. I was taken aback at how much weight I had gained since freshman year of high school. 102 in 9th grade, 110 when I graduate, and 120 when I went to a university a year later. It's been almost 3 more years, not in school, part-time job. I applied to a community college for this Fall (pretty excited), so hopefully that gets my education goals back on track.

WFP also asked how long of a period of time I wanted to take to reach said goal. I ended up clicking 3 months because that's bikini season for one, and it ended up totaling 1.8 pounds every 2 weeks.

With a bit of motivation and cutting fats and sugars, I hope to finally be happy with my body again.
